- Preparation of material required from site modification
- PTW need to be approved by PCSB Authorized Person before work begin.
- PPE requirement and safety procedure were strictly follow
- Perform modification work in accordance to job method statement (JMS) and loop check on new cicuitry based on the approved schematic.
